Our In-Season Programs develop customized plans that optimize workouts, measure results, and works to improve gaps in on-ice performance.
Our process gives players a dedicated and qualified coach who acts as a mentor, motivator, and performance specialist. Coaches work with each player individually to provide customized programs that focus on and incorporates increasing performance, personal development, team demands, and their future goals.

Each option has 2 sessions per week
Programs are individually customized on a monthly basis and are created to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Includes Monthly mentorship meetings to manage goals & execution
Schedules can be flexible based on team and school schedules

ON-ICE DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS
Small group setting
Position specific skill development
Drills that will be derived from game watch & analysis sessions
Coaches will send video and articles for players to review
CUSTOM TRAINING PROGRAMS
Programs are built off of our assessment protocol, school and team demands, and individual goals
Develop speed, maintain gains from the off-season program
Consistent feedback and evaluation
Education on how to properly train throughout the season
2 ice times/week: $1,800+gst
2 sessions/week: $1,260+gst
1 ice + 1 Training/week: $1,620+gst
GAME ANALYSIS : $150 per game
Your coach will attend one of your games and will analysis your shifts. Video and note will be compiled & you will sit down with them to break everything down, strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement. Then coaching will be adjusted based on their analysis.
IN-SEASON NUTRITION PROGRAM: $200
This one time fee will go through personalized micros/macros and healthy eating habits based on amount of training and goals each athlete has.
